The tunnel is designed refrigeration for cooling of confectionery products in continuous operation, such as: Pastry covered with chocolate or chocolate topping and cakes and other confectionery jelly applied, etc.

Refrigerant is cooled air that circulates in a closed special channels. Heat shields are opened (seals are equipped and secured on one side by hinges) are made of stainless steel and insulated. All metal parts of the device are made of stainless steel.
