Hard dough kneaders with hydraulically tilted bowls are perfect for the production of gingerbread, dumplings, salty sticks, pretzels, macaroni, pizza, matzo, pumpernickel, etc. The special shape and speed of mixing attachments make sure the dough is perfectly and evenly mixed. A new-design control panel and electronic program selector make work easier. The bowl is tilted for easy access to the dough.

The machines have their integrated compressors (can also be connected to your compressed air system). They are made of stainless, acid-resistant steel (except for galvanised gears and motors). The base has casters and feet.

The kneading cycle is automatic. The machines can operate 24/7.
