SUSHI CUTTER

The machine was equipped with two cutting knives. The first product cuts take place at a straight angle, the second knife cuts at an angle of 45°. The input encoder ensures product measurement, which allows for accurate portion control. The machine provides synchronisation of the both knives, resulting in the capability of obtaining a portion cut at two angles. The product after cutting is placed on an exit belt for collection.

Graphic operator interface is used to define production parameters. It is possible to smoothly adjust the length of portion, cut type and production performance.
