BAG PALLETISERS
A gantry palletiser is a line robot operating in XYZ axes to transport products and place them on a pallet. The gantry structure ensures proper rigidity with a simultaneous simplified design. Such a solution allows for long trouble-free operation while maintaining positioning precision.
A modular structure enables to adapt to the size and weigh of the transported product and the planed performance.
A palletiser may additionally equipped with: empty pallet magazine, divider magazine, automatic exit of full pallets.
A graphic operator interface is used to define own patterns. Specify product size, pallet format, amount of layers and divider application locations. The machine will do the rest.
