A machine for spreading a layer of semi-fluid substance (e.g. jam) onto a dough foundation. The machine is very easy to use, with compact and modular structure, with graphic operator interface used for definition of production parameters.

The ability to save and quickly call up recipes guarantees greater repeatability of the production process.

The product moves on a conveyor belt and drives under a dispenser. When a product is detected by sensors on the conveyor belt the dispenser is activated. The dispenser acting based on a lobe pump principle, spreads a layer of jam on a dough foundation moving below.
